Job Title: Oracle Cerner Consultant

Location: Remote

Duration: Contract

Expectations:

• At least 7 years of Cerner Millennium work experience with good knowledge on two or more Cerner solutions,
• Ability to resolve complex issues in a timely manner and provide SME advice.
• Experienced in Cerner applications support, Enhancements, Incident management or Cerner millennium projects, Perform complex troubleshooting, change management, document notes and knowledge articles.
• Guide customers through current workflows, upgrades, enhancements and system changes.
• Resolve escalated problems and issues using solution expertise, raised during operations, maintenance, upgrades.
• Ability to work in support services and oncall environment.
• Should have a good understanding of Cerner Millennium architecture and cerner millennium data model.
• Should have basic or good understanding of CCLCerner Command Language, Discern Visual developer and Olympus.
• Good to have knowledge on ticketing tool ServiceNOW and ITIL process.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with peers and customers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Medical or clinical background is desirable.
