Associate Attorney – Family Law

Driskell Law, LLC | Tulsa, OK (Hybrid / Remote Options Available)

Driskell Law, LLC is a fast-growing family law firm based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, but we accept cases throughout Oklahoma. We are seeking a high-performing Associate Attorney to join our team. This role is ideal for an attorney who is organized, professional, client-focused, and ready to grow with a firm that values quality work and team culture.

Compensation

• $100,000–$150,000+ starting salary

Responsibilities

• Manage a family law caseload, including divorce, custody, paternity, and support matters
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
• Prepare for and appear at hearings, mediations, and court proceedings
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and the court
• Maintain accurate timekeeping and case documentation
• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to move cases efficiently

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association
• Family law experience required
• Strong writing, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and work independently
• Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
